I forgot that retriggering the tag builder won't trigger the downstream builders. Now we need to disable it and start the automation by a sendchange after I land this patch on the production branch (no tagging required) and reconfig the build/scheduler master.

Linking in bug#923950, bug#934646 because of last-minute-fennec-bustage. Still unclear if this will require a fennec respin, or we'll ship with these. Discussions continue in irc+email.
